Bed & Breakfast Accommodation

Our Appleshaw, Hampshire B&B offers five spacious bedrooms, including three doubles, one twin, and a family room sleeping three. We provide convenient extras for families such as a travel cot (£5) and a high chair, and guests can also relax in our welcoming shared sitting room. An ironing board, fridge, and microwave are available on request, ensuring a comfortable and flexible stay when visiting Appleshaw and the surrounding Hampshire area.

The Stables

A cosy double room featuring original exposed beams and a comfortable king-size bed, offering plenty of character and charm.

The Shed

A bright and welcoming double room with a standard double bed, offering a comfortable space to relax and unwind.

The Greenhouse

A spacious double room with a king-size bed and two windows that provide lovely views across the surrounding fields and woodland.

The Wine Cellar

A pretty L-shaped twin room with two single beds positioned at opposite ends, creating a peaceful and private layout.

The Tack Room

A cosy, characterful family room with exposed beams, sleeping up to three with two 3′ singles and a 2’6 bed.

Whole House Let

1 Cleaver Cottage can also be made available as an entire house let on a self-catering basis.

Breakfast Details

If you have paid for the breakfast option, breakfast is served in our dining room which is within the oldest part of the house and has an open fireplace and many exposed beams.

Breakfast is available between 7.15 am – 8.30 am (weekdays) and 8 am – 9.30 am (weekends).

We also have options for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free requirements.

The home-cooked breakfast includes:

Tea or Coffee
Orange juice
Bacon & sausages from our village butcher
Tomatoes (home grown in season)
Fried, poached or scrambled eggs supplied from a free-range chicken farm 2 miles away
Selection of cereal
White or brown bread/toast
